Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our hand-tied bouquets and botanical arrangements as accurately as possible.
Illustrative Reference Only: Because our creations feature natural floral elements and hand-wrapped artistry, final products may exhibit minor, unique variations. Images on the Site are for illustrative reference, and the slight organic uniqueness of each bouquet does not constitute a defect.
Product Availability: All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, or to discontinue any product at any time.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing Architecture: All prices displayed on the Site are listed in US Dollars (USD). Total checkout prices are inclusive of standard product costs, while applicable local import taxes or tariffs unique to your specific destination remain the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are clearly detailed at checkout according to our Shipping Policy (Standard Secure Shipping is $4.99, or FREE for orders over $59; Expedited Air Delivery is $14.99).

Remedies Process: Upon verification of the issue through photographic evidence submitted by the customer, we will initiate an expedited replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

Accuracy of Information: You are under a strict obligation to provide valid, complete, and current shipping and contact data. We bear no liability for missed or failed deliveries resulting from typographical address errors made by the buyer.
