1. SHIPPING REGIONS & EXCLUSIONS

Excluded Countries & Territories
Please note that we currently DO NOT ship to the following areas due to strict botanical import regulations or high carrier risk:

Excluded Regions: Africa, Central and South America, the Middle East, Russia, and Ukraine.

Domestic Restrictions: For the United States, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands).
2. SHIPPING METHODS, RATES & DELIVERY TIMELINES
We partner with premium global logistics networks to ensure your bouquet arrives in pristine condition. All orders require a 1 to 3 business day processing time for artisan hand-crafting and quality check before shipment.
We offer two clear tiers of trackable shipping services:

Note: "Business days" exclude weekends and official public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to seasonal high volumes (e.g., Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Black Friday) or local customs clearance.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to our carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from care@botanicshouse.com.

This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your bouquet's journey in real-time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the logistics network system.
4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We take full pride in our secure transit packaging, which is engineered to protect every delicate rose and baby's breath petal. However, we have a strict and fair policy regarding unexpected shipping anomalies:
Responsibility for Lost Packages

In-Transit Loss: If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by our shipping carriers (i.e., tracking updates stop completely for more than 20 business days prior to reaching your local facility), Botanics House takes full responsibility. We will issue a 100% full refund or ship an immediate replacement at no cost to you.

Inaccurate Address Errors: Botanics House is NOT responsible for packages that fail to deliver because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information during checkout. Please double-check your First and Last Name, apartment number, and zip code.

Delivered But Missing: If the tracking information states that the package has been successfully "Delivered" to your address, but you cannot find it, our legal liability ends. We advise checking with family members, neighbors, or your local post office. We will gladly provide shipping manifests to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Responsibility for Damaged Packages

If the outer box or the internal floral arrangement arrives significantly crushed or broken due to rough transit handling, Botanics House takes responsibility.

To file a claim, please follow our Return Policy: Email care@botanicshouse.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer shipping label. We will process an expedited replacement or a full refund upon verification.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For our major delivery regions (including the US and UK), standard import duties and clearance fees are typically pre-arranged and included in your shipping costs. However, any unexpected local custom fees, tariffs, or import taxes levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
